The Hollywood In Pixels 7th Silver Pixel Awards is officially in the books, and it was the best yet! Everything about the evening spoke to our HIP mission to celebrate and preserve digital Hollywood.

HIP HIP hurray to our honorees, Yazmin Cazares, Rising Pixel, JP Richards, Visionary Pixel, and Tamar Teifeld, Silver Pixels. Congratulations to our Prestige Pixel honorees Stuart Halperin and Steve Katinsky who toiled for weeks to bring the original Hollywood.com content alive so that we could experience the ‘net 1990’s style. This year’s Visionary Pixel Honoree is JP Richards, whose incredible career in theatrical marketing spans over 20 years and includes previous executive roles as Co-President of Global Marketing at Warner Bros. and SVP of Digital Marketing at Universal. The list of innovative and award-winning movie campaigns he has led include the DESPICABLE ME, FAST & FURIOUS, THE LEGO MOVIE, THE BOURNE and IT franchises, not to mention creative and box office successes JOKER, A STAR IS BORN, CRAZY RICH ASIANS and AQUAMAN.
